Not a problem; everything above the hip looks pretty fine to me, although the shoulders look like they'd be difficult to carry it by. Ouch!

The design is pretty nice. I like the color scheme as well as the head design. The only things I can pick at are the upper legs and hands. The upper legs are kind of skinny and the hand are on the small side compared to the rest of it.

Impressive; it looks a bit bow-legged, though. Was that intentional? You may want to bulk up the thighs, too; they seem a bit 'pop-eye like' if you know what I mean.
