RTT-21's are a three section wheeled transporters used to transport dangerous liquids through rough terrain. They are named as a 'Caterpillar', because they are usually painted green and articulated chassis makes that its move is similar to catterpillar's.
About this creation
Each section have a pendular suspension, that provides great stability when vehicle is moving through obstacles.
The cabin is taked from one of the 4 Juniors sets, 4653.
It has an awful pattern on front, so I rotated it on the back. It looked better, but there was no room for whole minifig. But his half fits perfectly ;)

Incredible looking build. Those 4+ sets actually have alot of good parts. You could build some cool custom cars with some of those parts. |

Who says that Town Jr. and Jack Stone and other juniorized sets of LEGO Creator and LEGO Pirates are useless? Anyway, that was a nice way to utilize a rather difficult set of pieces into a new and eye catching set. I wonder if this guy that is driving the truck is selling propane and propane accessories? (I apologize for the obligatory "King of the Hill" reference.) |

Great futuristic truck look, would have fit in perfectly with the recent Goldman/Kescenovitz/et al "Zero Hour on Highway 44" traffic jam scene. |

That poor mini-fig will never be able to find work anywhere else... Other than that, it looks really professional and well made, I like it. |

Very cool! You seamlessly combine spacey themes with good ol' trucking. I really like the cabin and the containers on the back. |
