M12 LRV Warthog (tru blu) Grand 3rd Edition
And now, I'd like to introcuce to you to my all new 'hog I'm bringing back bigger and badder than ever! This puppy not only has some fantastic improvments but it's now offically carrying a full set of suspension and *drumroll* a simple design of quadrasteer! So please, come on down and take a moment to view Tru Blu's best! (Remember to keep those comments a-coming too!)
About this creation
I am now proud to present to you a now 3rd and possibly final version of my tru blu style Warthog! I have now posted this for 3 times and hope that you will enjoy my latest major feat of lego. I have made several improvements now to perfect it completely too. And if you had noticed, I created a new landscape (bigger and badder than ever!) to suit this new 'hog's needs! I hope you will enjoy it (for your viewing pleasure of course) and don't forget those reviews and comments a-coming!

As you can see, the new quadrasteer design just involves replacing the 4 technic rods with lightsaber blade pieces allowing the wheels to move back and forth on all seperate axles. It's that simple!

Although, having a little too much fun on the 'hog can result in a few serious actions unfortunately,

And for those of you who are wondering what my photo studio is like I provided a picture of the new landscape that I designed that only consists of cardstock sheets and multiple green element lego bricks. Once again, it's that simple!

What, PWNed again sarge?!??!!?! aww man, tsk.

Thanks for viewing!

Quoting killernoob .. I also experimented with quadrasteer. However, all my attempts resulted in either sacrificing esthetic design or even more importantly, structural integrity, which is what my primary focus for its design. Your method is good, but appears to cause instability in the axels. Like I said, I never successfully designed a steering system for my warthog. maybe you can finnish the job so to speak...Good luck! Keep up the good work.
Oh Thank you so much!!!! I have been waiting a good long while to hear from you and at last! I see what you mean about the instability too, but, the fact is that I purposly jammed up the rods holding each axle so the 'Hog keeps its pose sturdy and does not move out of place. So, even if you want to have it completely up and straight foward it will still hold up exceptionally well. I hope to hear from you again soon because I definetly plan on making a snow 'hog very soon indeed. Once again, thank you very much!
