no it is not cool. It is a clone trooper with a dot. An arc trooper is decorated. Just put blue marker on it

i agree with the person below me... but next time maybe some custom decals (sharpies work wonders)

uhm putting a blue dott in a stormtroopers hand does NOT make him an ARC trooper.
