Hmmm...I've seen a lot of versions with Batman "hoods" on 'em, but the KK helmet would have the right color...I looked through all of Bricklink's headgear section and couldn't find anything better than those two choices. :(

I was thinking about using a sparkly-gunmetal KK helmet over a black minifig head. I am a purist, so do you have any suggestions?

Yes, you may be right with the warlock,though the Witch King was given the name, becuase he was a sorcerer king. He was, like the other eight kings, given a ring of power, then decieved by Sauron, and thus became the King of the Nazgul.

Well there is a couple changes that can be madde. 1) the blade on the sword should have been the blue water (found in city series) but I like the fire. It matches the outfit better. 2) The helm could have more spikes all the way around. From a chain cut the pieces in half. The tops of one should be cut to be straight and the other curved so you can glue it on. 3) I love your decals, I think you should have done decals. Overall its a very nice minifig. Afterall I mean you can use, unlike mine. Also you can turn your images using "Paint" on microsoft computer. You can flip them from edit or image. Keep up your create work. I can't wait to see more!

Nice! I especially like the custom helmet and cloak. I am trying to create the Witch King as well, though I can't really work out a way to make his helmet look right.. Overall, brilliant job! this is the best witch king I have seen on mocpages.
