This is my second Cafe Corner compatible building. It was created at the time when the Market Street set came out. The building consists of three parts and features different colour scema to make it more interesting. Obviously I stole the arcades beneath the terrace from the Market Street. This is because I wanted my creation to act as a bridge between Market Street and Cafe Corner.
About this creation



This is actually the first building that I have done using LDD but for now it
is also the last one because building with real bricks feels so more natural!



The terrace features some nice flowers and I always imagened myself
relaxing under that palm tree...



As you can see the building works fine with the Market Street. And yes, in case
that you are wondering, I added one floor to the Market Street because I wanted
the nice balcony at the side of the roof to be higher than the surrounding buildings
to not block it when I have a different layout in my town.



Of course the Apartment building also looks good besides the Cafe Corner as it
borrows some elements from it like the roof, while still keeping itīs own design.

I am sorry I looked it up and it seems that the file was lost with one of my old computers. But I can tell you I was actually shocked when I saw the price in LDD after it was done. Maybe you just copy some elements and try it on your own. It is really not built that difficult.
