Not bad, the new blue shoulder gives more style to this zealot and the new method of attachment of the blade is well imagined, just a note, this unit looks like protoss Zératul, (in the expansion brood war), because only zealot on the blades especially dark templars which already has a single, Tassadar does not have a blade because it is a normal templar to it by his good work!
Tassadar actually does have psi blades the reason Iknow this is because as many have already guessed i have no real life and all i do is read the Starcraft novels. also I had to do an eight page report on Starcraft for school (pretty awesome isn't it?)
