Springfield 1903
My biggest Lego rifle yet, fully inspired by JongeJanssie as well as the bolt action mechanism. It shoots up to 5 rubber bands. IT DOES NOT FIRE WITHOUT PULLING THE BOLT BACK.
About this creation

Bolt Mechanism.

YES THE BOLT DOES SERVE A PURPOSE!!!

Unloaded.

The bolt pulled back. Pay attention to the red circles.

NOW it's loaded and ready to shoot. It will not shoot without the bolt being pulled back!!!

Close up bolt not pulled.

Close up bolt already pulled and ready to fire.

Top view without the "roof" of the gun with the bolt not pulled.

Bolt pulled.

All the poses and over views of the gun.

If you don't believe me on the mechanism watch the video.

the bolt serves as a charging bar and a stopper so no more than 1 band is discharged.

Feels so weird. The gun was made by the admin of the biggest Lego gun group in MOCpages, and he has a bad camera. It's so hard to think those two together. Points for the innovative mechanism, minus for the poor video.

Why does Juho have to always be so mean? Is it just me or is anyone else sick of Juho too? Anyway awesome gun. I am glad to see something new from you Bohdan. I just wish it was a tad bigger but heck it sure looks great!

This is pretty clever. How about fitting the thriller compact mechanism in a rifle? I think it would be quite cool for a bolt-action to actually help the firing.

This works exactly the same as my Springfield 1903 does. Very cool. And really nice color design.
