These are the troopers in Flex's legion(They aren't the only ones.). When the emperor told Flex to execute order 66, Flex had a meeting with Commander`s Hess, Faelo, Zach, Steel ,Dibo, Blaize, and Greth. They decided to disobey the order and stay loyal to the Jedi. While the meeting was in session The guards secretly disagreed tried to kill Flex Faelo and Hess, but they failed when a loyal guard came in to see how it was going. Flex's legion was loyal to Flex, and did not turn on the Jedi.
