This is a Constellation Class just like Jean-Luc Picard's first command the USS Stargazer, which was lost in battle and resulted in Jean-Luc being court-martialed. The second set of photos is the same type of ship, a Constellation Class, but this one was the correct coloring (yellowish) for as depicted by the micro machines and other sources.
