1967 Custom Dodge Charger
Here you go! My largest "large-scale" car to date! 16-studs wide of pure sinister classic Dodge! This Charger is slightly custom including an interior inspired by the infamous Black Widow Spider. Enjoy!
About this creation
Back view. I decided to build a 1967 Charger because I think it looks nicer than the popular 1969 version.

Side view. The most notable thing about the 1967 Charger as compared to the '69 is the length of rear overhang. I made the body to scale, but unfortunately the roof brings it out of proportion.

Hood and doors opened. You can kind of get a glimpse of the interior from here.

The engine. I didn't have any picutes of a stock 1967 Dodge V8...so this'll have to do.

Trunk, doors, and hood opened.

Trunk lid comes with a complimentary spider web! Eww!

Here's the interior! I was inspired by the red "hourglass" design on a Black Widow's abdomen. As you can see, I've reversed the colors to contrast the blackness of the cars exterior.

To top it all off, I added a LEGO Black Widow Spider to the steering wheel. Arachnophobics will not want to drive this car, I guarantee...

super awesome... Nice to see chargers on the pages. I would have to say this is all around stunning, the engine reminds me alot of the hemi because of the enomous size of the block and the width. Unfortunately I would also have to say that front bumper is sticking out too much and you forgot the gas cap. Besides that i nuch prefer the 1968 charger(which there are like no good ones on the pages.)

Very realisitic dodge charger. The only thing I didnt particularly like about the '67 was the grill.

Very nice car Dylan! Overall the car is great. I especially like the detailed engine bay. It looks really powerful. I like how you did the B- pillar and on, and then continuing onto the back. The body work is great! I haven't seen one of these built in this scale before. I might try to make this sometime (hopefully up to these standards) Great work! Keep building! -Tony

Well, I'll tell you one thing. This model don't look nothing like the Charger. It looks more like one of Ford's muscle cars or Chevy Chevelle from the 60's but it looks amazing! You really did great here. The curves, the colors, the everything

Like I said on Flickr the engine has the classic muscley look to it so it passes you could of added a bit of red on the block to make it look Hemi-ish, overall 5/5!

Wow, this is my favorite work to day of yours!!!! It's beautiful! No offense but I think the spidery stuff was unnessesary (or however you spell that) but besides that don't have any complaints. It's amazing! The front is my favorite part, and that little chrome 1x1 on the grille is a cool simple detail, as is the whole big-american-car-ishness of it all. It's stunning, especially the profile, I think the roofline could use some improvement, but besides that, it's just awesome. Keep up the good work Denton! 5/5! btw when's TT #4 coming? Grr.

Nice one, Dylan! You captured the mid 60's Charger look very nicely, though I agree with you about the roof. The engine is fabulous, and I especially like the black widow theme. PLEASE keep making these large scale cars, you're really good at them!
