Wall Patrol #43. Instructed to fend off any Plagued spotted in the West Wall Section F area, that the auto-guns don't take care of. If needed, use Gas. Do not let ANY Plagued breach the Wall. Avoid all civilian injury. Beware of Jumpers. They will be able to get over the Wall with ease. If seen, let your Corps Commander know immediately. Yes, I know that truck would be like 15+ feet in real life.
