Bolt-action rifle
Again a fictional weapon: The Lego® bolt-action rifle. With a great, simple bolt-action mechanism.
About this creation

My bolt-action rifle. I have a real bolt-acton obsession, and this is the best bolt-action mechanim I've seen yet.

Bolt opened.

The mechanism. Simplicity makes the beauty.

The trigger pulled.

One rubberband loaded.

This is my bolt-action rifle. To me, bolt-action is the best mechanism for a repeating firearm. The credit for the mechanism goes to DamJeu42, another great Dutch guy. So credit goes to him. Thanks!
This bolt-action rifle fires 5 rubberbands in quite a high rate of fire (for a bolt-action rifle), an it's pretty accurate. I like this gun a lot, and it looks very cool.
Instructions will not be made. You can see the mechanism explaination below.

Pretty amazing. The gun itself look like the soviet bolt-action rifle Mosin-Nagant but the mechanism and the way of how the bolt is pulled is like the Kar98 (yes, I do know my guns :D) 5/5

But, a Mosin-Nagant has a non-detachable magazine in front of the trigger guard, and it has a straight-grip stock.

Quoting george wood cool ive moved on from the makarov i decided to make some sort of rifle, this on looks like my air rifle, talking of which, are you allowed air rifles in Holland?
Also not. Only for sporting clubs. It's a kind of "sport" here, and if you go to a club, you get a single-shot air rifle you need to take to the club.

In the inside on the gun. It's attached to the white technic piece.

Quoting Nathan Kendall This is awesome! a few days ago I was trying to get a clue on how to make a bolt action lego rifle. this helps alot! What Rifle did you model after, M1 Garand?
I wouldn't make an M1 Garand very soon, I think. It's 1,10 meters, so pretty long. But I could try it.

Nothing. You can fire one shot, than you need to delock the bolt and lock it again, before you can fire again.

Cheytac M200... "De beste sniper ooit gemaakt"? Misschien. En nee, als je de bolt naar achteren laat, is het gewoon net een shotgun. Alles in één keer weg.
