Very close resemblances.I like the way you make the bottom part.

It's a very good chopper but the front is not very resamblant.

The center section looks very good, my only issues are withe the tailboom, tail rotor placement and the nose shape. Looking at the window/engine arrangement it looks most like a UH-1H, and should have a rounded nose that sticks out a little, the tailboom on the real thing is basically a tapered pipe so smoothing the underside out where it joins the fuselage would improve that, and the tail rotor is mounted on top of the tail fin usually on the left but there are kits to put it on the right.
