Grrrrr... I messed up the pics and the text again. Sigh. :( Well Please try to match picture to description. Thanks! :)
It's finally here! I apoligize for not posting this journal entry sooner.
Here's my progress so far.
Exterior of castle buildings: 100% complete
Interior of castle buildings: 86% complete
Castle details: 25% complete
The city: 30% complete
Enjoy!
Here's the exterior view so far. I apologize for not being zoomed in very well and for the random scattered stuff on near the model.
Here's the interior of the 2nd floor of the far right tower. This is the royal seamstresses room and my favorite of the towers I made.
Now we have the interior of the 1st floor of the same tower. It is blank for now but I will be adding a spinning wheel or a loom.
Ahhh... My least favorite tower. The one to the far left. I hate how strange the rectangular plate looks. But at least the king has some room. On the racks and hooks are his weapons, armour, and key to he royal treasury.
Here's the king's bed room. The second floor of the same tower. I know it's not that fancy for a king. But I didn't have much space to work with.
Now we have the king's war room. That tile that looks blank, really is the map from the Indiana Jones set. This is where he will meet in private with his most trusted advisors. The public war room you will soon see is for more open meetings.
Here is what I have so far of a fountain I will be building.
I really like this idea I came up with. Marble statues. I will be putting up another one on the other side of the castle.
The public war room I was talking about. There will be more weapon racks and weapons soon.
What I have of town so far.
Finally I have a nice little blacksmith's forge that leads to a small mine.
I will be getting one more green baseplate for the other half of town, as well as a smallter baseplate for the witche's camp.
Nice looking so far. I like that baseplate for a castle. Great for making a walkway across the raised bits. That looks good. I like the kings room. Nice red bedspread. Some other good bits too. see ya. garth
