The famous Hill Valley Clock Tower from the Back To The Future trilogy.
About this creation
Here it is, the famous Hill Valley Clock Tower. The Clock Tower is made with, obviously, some white bricks that are in very poor condition. Unfortunatly, that's all I had to work with as my collection of white pieces is rather thin. But after it was complete, I realized that it gave the Clock Tower a more distressed or aged look to it.
The interior is none-existent, but no shots of the interior of the Clock Tower were never put into the movie (save for a shot of Doc running up the stairs to get to the clock). Perhaps an interior is in the near 'future', but for now, it stands as a great back drop for my Lego Delorean time machine. (which can be seen here).
In case you didn't know, the Delorean and the Clock Tower have been featured in Issue three of Brickjournal Magazine. Read the full article here . The guy in the picture is me.
Here's the Clock (it wouldn't be a "clock" tower if it didn't have one). Sorry for the lack detail, like numbers or hands, but everyone knows that ever since the Hill Valley lightning storm on November 12th 1955, the hands of the clock have been permamnently stuck at ten o'four pm. (And if you didn't know that, I just proved to you how big of a Back To The Future geek I am)
Beautiful clock tower, man. Excellent tribute to the film!

oh yeah i remember that. wasn't that the part where doc freaked out and droped the cord? anyway, great detail and design. i've not seen anyone do the clock tower yet. i've attempted it but i didn't have the right parts. GOOD JOB!!
It may not be the entire building, but it doesn't need to be. It makes an excellent backdrop for your car. By the way, I've nearly finished a 6 wide minifig Delorian that I've been working on, and I'll be sure to let you know when I post it on MOCpages. :)
