Awesome!!! This is just brilliant how you did the shape! I love the look of the rear! Do the doors open? Sad you didn't put a engine in it, but still 5 smilies! :-) |

Very, very good moc ,amazing detail in the bodywork!! But I think the wheels are proportionatly a little small. This is my dream car and I hope to build one and use it as my first car and this is the best representations of one I've ever seen!! Great job!!
Thanks. The actual car only has 13 inch wheels on it. so they do look a bit small even on the real thing |

My favourite car and you've replicated it so well. I really am so envious of you. If I had the parts I'd make one too, but green and yellow. :) |

This is great !
My cousin owns one of these, and gave me a ride in it - it's AMAZING !
I have a question; where did you get those lights from ? I'm wondering as we're finding it's very limited to get lego lights, and we really want to put some in our big 1/3 lambo.
Dan
I got them from the offroader, but you can get them straight from lego too. and Im sure bricklink would have them as well |

excellent, i cannot watch the videos though, how do you get them on, really nice model have you ever driven one?
I wish I could drive a real one! you upload the videos to youtube, then in the description box there will be a box labeled embed, copy the HTML from that box, go to the edit section of you creation, and paste the HTML where the HTML from the pictures is. |

I couldn't really work out how he'd done it! Do you have a video of this model? I bet its pretty quick with such a low weight
no not yet. Its not as fast as I would like because I have rechargeable batteries in it which put out less voltage. but I will get a video up soon.

Looks great, and probably functions just as well too. However, I think the front is not nearly as accurate as the back. I was kinda hoping you'd get the turning cycle wings on it! Apple Pie, by the way, has found a way of doing this... how he's done it is a bit of mystery to me, but it is possible!
I did try to get those fenders on the front wheels but its too bulky to do with a technic car this size. And after looking at apple pie's pickup that has them I can see how he did it. He uses the triangular technic bits with axle hole on either end for steering knuckles and uses a rigid arch for the fender. to get that same nice curve with technic I need to create two anchor points for flex tubing. I have made them on larger cars though. |
