A classic muscle car that proves white can still look cool.
About this creation
Well, it seems orange is a really hard color to find a lot of bricks in, but...wait...you guys already know that. I really need to send a letter to LEGO Corp...
If it wasn't for my limited color palette, this mighty American muscle car would have been a General Lee variant of the 1969 Dodge Charger.
The Mopar beast is livin' large with a big-block 440 Hemi V8 and nice fat tires (courtesy of a deceased Ferrari Enzo). Stay tuned as this car is undergoing a major overhaul to make it to perfection. Longer trunk lid, new wheels from F430 and new interior are all in store.
Let me know what you think. The rest of the pics can be viewed here .
I love your models even though I'm not a Lego enthusiast I'm a car enthusiast; primarily mopars and I must say there is no such thing as a 440 Hemi. The 440 was a V8 below the 440-6 and the 426 Hemi. I thought that correction just needed to be made. Love your models just the same.
Cool MOC! The hidden headlights and the tail lights are perfect. The engine is quite good. I do, however, think you need to stretch the "trunk" area a bit. You are real close to the profile of the real thing, but its little bit off.
