Space Craft: Name Classified ...name suggestions?
About this creation
This spacecraft is fairly large and heavy. I have been redesigning and rebuilding "my ship" many times over the past 15 years or so. It started out quite small, and as I acquired more pieces it grew to the monstrosity you see before you.
This is also the first time I decided to use decoration over the hull instead of just pretending the studs were armor of some kind. I like how it turned out with some smooth sections and rough sections. The incorporation of some roof tiles gave a neat depth to the "armor plating".
It is also way over equipped, believe it or not it had more weapons on it, including two large lasers and a chain gun.

"Hello, thanks for coming to check out my space vessel. Let me crawl through this opening here and I'll take you for a spin."

Below is the rear view, displaying the engines of the craft. The ship uses three main engines, one at the middle of the very rear, and two along the sides of the craft. Two after burners are present to the sides of the rear main engine and two impulse thrusters are barley visible above the two side engines.

Seen here is the "door" to the ship. A compliment of five to eight, the crew enter and exit through this opening. Note that the engines have to be inactive to safely enter and exit.
I have always had a difficult time building space ships with doors. It really hasn't come very far as you can see, as the door is basically a flap. Hardly air tight. :)

Front view of the cabin, large window now being used. Prior to this redesign, the ship only had a crew of two or three, and the only entrance was through the front opening cockpit. I still have problems designing ships with "doors".

The underside of the craft. Sorry for the glare on the shot there, I don't have the best lighting or equipment. Several belly thrusters are present for take offs and landings. This thing is hardly air worthy, it weighs a ton!
Two magnets are also present at the rear for collecting cargo, or my speeder(not shown. I can't seem to find where I placed it).
The underside shows the landing gear, the rear being the only retractable. The vessel is so heavy that anything I used underneath had to be quite strong. Thus, moving retraction devices were not practical.

Pictured here next to the two escort craft, although with all the armaments it really doesn't need an escort. This ship has evolved over the past decade or two, and at one point was the size of one of the smaller craft shown.

Dorsal armor plating and features, cloaking, exhaust, communication, ect.

Starboard wing weapons, rocket launchers of some kind.

Disruptors or torpedo launchers or something...heavy weapons for the port wing.
