Awsome creation, but sadly brickarms doesnt sell the helmets anymore :( and are the minifig bodies decals?

Never seen this before honest, but I just posted an MOC that looks alot like that! Any way, nice little vig, but the best part is the custom troops as the Tiger needs a little work. =)
