This is the castle of Darnuth. I just made up that name. I will work on naming my castles along with getting my colors sorted and all pretty.
About this creation
I'm still working on creating real looking castles, but here is what I've got so far. I am just pleased that I was able to complete the wall around the place. On the back wall I used the wall construction from the most recent Kingdom castle, I like that slant block look. I'm not sure what else to say at this point, so enjoy the shots.
The front view, featuring the window to the main cathedral section.
The front gate.
Opening the gate and entering, under the cathedral to the main yard.
I'm not sure how to describe this other than saying the main yard.
The call of the silver trumpets herald the King's arrival.
The King and his knight escort.
Peasants gathering in the corner around the cook. What's for dinner Chef?
A view of the side ramparts and the courtyard.
A closer view of the courtyard and the maidens chit chatting.
The king's throne, not quite as ornate as the dwarf king's.
The armory rack.
This spire has been passed on from my very first castle, the Royal Knights castle. It no longer sports the slanted blue plates, but now rather the brown slats to clash less with the new kingdoms color scheme.
A rear view of the top level.
The front wall. I am still trying to make this all pretty and stuff...this is just a place holder I guess you could say.
An Eagle eye view of the city.
View from behind.
This view shows the dock, as this is a coastal city.
