Like numero 501 ;) Where to even start?? Everything here is top-notch. The brickbending technique is just genius, and I think it's one of the greatest techniques ever invented (you did invent it, right? I will feel silly if not xD) Either way, stunning, man, stunning. |

Hi Eggy:
My name is Ben Marks and I'm the senior editor of Collectors Weekly.
Here are links to some of our LEGO pages:
http://www.collectorsweekly.com/toys/lego
http://www.collectorsweekly.com/model-trains/lego
Here are examples of articles we've published:
http://www.collectorsweekly.com/articles/dawn-of-the-flick/

We just interviewed an animator who worked on Sony's upcoming animated feature, Hotel Transylvania. He's also a serious LEGO guy, who is mostly into MOC castles.
We are getting a few photos from him of castles he's made, but I thought it might be fun to show off some of your castles, too. Could we do that? Also, could we speak to you about how you approach castle making? Your stuff is awesome, so I'm sure our readers would enjoy seeing it and reading what you have to say.
We would, of course, link to MOCpages in general and your pages in particular. If this is okay, please just email me.
Best,
Ben Marks |

This scene is very good. I like the different shades of blue on the beach. I feel you could have maybe done a little more work on the castle itself, but good job! Also, the waterfall could use a little work, it looks too uniform and straight, and you should vary the color, maybe add a bit of blue in there.5 months, how do you even stay motivated for that long? |

Like others, my favorite parts are the use of the Rock Raider windscreen for the railing, and the large curved part of the tower.
I'm honestly not a huge fan of the waterfall...I don't like the opening, but that's just my opinion, and I feel like it's a bit out of place...needs more water around it! Likewise the ramp leading out of the stronghold's entry looks a bit...plain...not quite sure, there's just something about it I dont like.
But otherwise I love it! lol don't think I just have negatives...but everyone else has just given compliments, so I figured I was free to voice a criticism ;-) |

*Twitches* Heh. Big? Good? Detailed? Those words do not give this justice. This veritable castle model smashes all others to little tiny LEGO particles, which now reside deep in... well, you get the idea. Now, let me contradict myself. This is amazing, the details simply burn away my unworthy eye balls. And with my sockets dripping with undeserved blood and my brain sizzling as a fried egg on the sidewalk, I say again. AMAZING. (!) Very nice, times 1,000. I love that beach... and the size of it. (Huge, if you didn't notice. As in LARGE. As in GYENORMUS.) See, my brain is so eggy* that now I can't even type correctly. I'm guessing that it will take a bit to take apart. Didn't you say something about a port MOC? :)
