Like numero 501 ;) Where to even start?? Everything here is top-notch. The brickbending technique is just genius, and I think it's one of the greatest techniques ever invented (you did invent it, right? I will feel silly if not xD) Either way, stunning, man, stunning.
I am seriously going to faint! This is amazing! How many baseplates did you use! It is huge! Congrats on getting MOTD! (Lucky...) Your curvature of the castle is the terrific! You did a spectacular job! Your rock work is superb too! (I can never seem to get those right, but I am trying! :D) This moc truly deserves every single like that it has gotten, and more to come! Keep up the STUPENDOUS work!
Wow! This is impressive! What a very good build, and the shear size is impressive. I really like the water, it blends nicely with the shore. There are so many details, this is really deserving of MOTD. Congrats!
Hmmm, I thought I commented on this way back, but after scrolling through the millions, it appears I haven't. Mistakes such as these can be mended! Here we go: Great build sir! I love all the countless details sprinkled (for lack of a better word) throughout the build! It's always cool to see a picture of the brains behind the build too. Very well done!
This scene is very good. I like the different shades of blue on the beach. I feel you could have maybe done a little more work on the castle itself, but good job! Also, the waterfall could use a little work, it looks too uniform and straight, and you should vary the color, maybe add a bit of blue in there.5 months, how do you even stay motivated for that long?
Like others, my favorite parts are the use of the Rock Raider windscreen for the railing, and the large curved part of the tower.
I'm honestly not a huge fan of the waterfall...I don't like the opening, but that's just my opinion, and I feel like it's a bit out of place...needs more water around it! Likewise the ramp leading out of the stronghold's entry looks a bit...plain...not quite sure, there's just something about it I dont like.
But otherwise I love it! lol don't think I just have negatives...but everyone else has just given compliments, so I figured I was free to voice a criticism ;-)
im not normally one to comment, but that is amazing!!

That moc is amazing, but I believe that it is not going to be easy to take apart.
You made an incredible job!!
I'm new on MOCpages and I'd like to ask you few questions: when you decide to create a new castle for example, where do you by all the bricks you need to realise it? You also make a sort of a project before starting it all?
Thank you so much for your time!
Brilliant attention to detail! This has been submitted as an entry to the Honours List in Caprica! Could get you a Knighthood! KGCO (Knight of the Grand Caprican Order)
The round wall is a good use of an ensemle of round bricks and 3x1s! Well done.
This comment was written for multiple posts so please excuse the non specific nature of it. You (or your Lego creation) has been nominated for a MOCie award this year. If you would like to write an acceptance speech in the event that you win, please feel free to do so and email it to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you win, your acceptance speech will be used in the awards ceremony post due out sometime in June. If you are nominated for multiple entries, please be sure to write a response for each entry. Please check this link http://mocpages.com/group_conversation.php?id=11182&topicid=50162 to see if youve been nominated for more than one category. Thanks and good luck! ~ Chris.
10/10 amazing work, you don't get a sense of scale until you see the picture with yourself standing beside it and you realize OMG, its that big. great work.

What I meant when I said in the mocie awards that I didn't like the nominies I said that after seeing how some people were nominating there freind just because they were there didn't realy think about what I said since I was just mad about people passing up great mocs (like this one) for not so great mocs. so I should probably go edit my comment and sorry if I offened you. so ye thats what happens when I make comments with out thinking.
This is freakin' awesome! I love the freakin' mushrooms and the freakin' spiderweb and the freakin' balcony and the freakin' clam! One word, man: FREAKY AWESOME! 'Kay, that's two. But I have one mini little question: How do guys get into the main turret? I can't see a door or a trapdoor or anything. Minor detail, though. Great job!
Well Mr. Eggy I know that you are a phenomenal builder but you need to sort those LEGOs. They look pretty ugly! As an aspiring builder you must a have a sense of cleanliness and order or you won't be very efficient.(of course who am I to talk) Well done on the castle. Can't take a guess how many trans blue tiles there are there.
:O *In opera voice* OOOOOHHHHH EMMMMM GEEEE!!!! Awesome job! I just love the big round tower, and the rocks and the water, and the other castles, and pretty much everything in there. This is an amazing creation, keep up the good work! Not that I have to tell you... Lol.
Amazing! I really like how you put amazing amounts of detail into it! This is what everyone dreams of making! And as they said on Classic Castle, this is the greatest tribute to Erik Brok that any one could have made.
This is absolutely amazing....I am just breathless! These are the type of MOCs that make me think just how cool it would be if we were all mini-fig sized, it would be awesome; which is exaclty what your Estuary Stronhold is!
I'm not sure which demon you sold your soul to for this, but it was WORTH IT! Heck, if you're going to be doing more of these, sell him mine too! Oh wait, traded mine in for wit, charm and good looks... as you can tell, I got a raw deal. Anyway, this thing is AMAZING. Take a bow my friend. Nearly half a year and well worth every second. Congratulations. ~ Chris.
wow! i am very impressed with the all the details and how you used a veriety of bricks to create an extraordinary lego addition. the way you made the buildings co-exist with one another in such a small space and not making it look to cramped together is beyond me. well done and kudos!
Ah, it's finnaly done, you can relax and stop thinking about 9it now. wish I could, that aircraft carrier I'm making won't build itself. Oh well, this is incredible, your amazing attention to detail is aparent throughout, and the immense size of it is absolutely stunning. ~T
I second every glowing comment made thus far, as well as all comments that follow! Rest those weary fingers, master of castles. Your eyes too, as I imagine this model is pretty well seered into your retinas!
I'm awestruck. That is something very very special. Magnificent is the only word I can think of which comes close to doing it justice. I love the buildings at different era's (like a real fort would be) and the little touches everywhere, including the best use of a Rock Raiders cockpit canopy ever!
The castle, as always, is amazing. What's also cool is the different terrain around the border and how it blends nicely with the caslte. The mini-scenes going on all around is also a great touch.

Great work Brian, as always. I'll add more later, but right now all I can think about is that you should now pay homage to DarkSpawn and shoot a video of the destruction of Estuary... you know you want to.
This is an epic build to say the least. The castle walls are fantastic, as so is the landscaping. The thing that got me here is the water technique, it is beautiful, best water landscape I've seen so far. With that said I think I'm giving that impression that this is a legendary build. Could we have a winner for next years castle MOCie awards?
*Twitches* Heh. Big? Good? Detailed? Those words do not give this justice. This veritable castle model smashes all others to little tiny LEGO particles, which now reside deep in... well, you get the idea. Now, let me contradict myself. This is amazing, the details simply burn away my unworthy eye balls. And with my sockets dripping with undeserved blood and my brain sizzling as a fried egg on the sidewalk, I say again. AMAZING. (!) Very nice, times 1,000. I love that beach... and the size of it. (Huge, if you didn't notice. As in LARGE. As in GYENORMUS.) See, my brain is so eggy* that now I can't even type correctly. I'm guessing that it will take a bit to take apart. Didn't you say something about a port MOC? :)
*I am not responsible for any smashed computers directly or indirectly related to any of my puns.
5 months!!!?? This suc|<s! LOL! Just kidding! This is flat out amazing! Your castles are nothing short of extra-ordinary! (That word doesn't make sens. Think "extra" and "ordinary." What does that mean?
well professor, please tell me it was worth the effort! This is bee you tee full! my favourit parts are the coconut trees, the beach (waaaaw!) & the secret passage and that balcony is priceless! I bow before thee, my master...
This is awesome! I love the village feel to it, and how it is more of a peaceful town than a battle ready fortress. Good use of parts, I knew someone would find another use for those brown rockraiders cockpits!
We would kiss the calluses on your fingertips if it would give us this awesome building skill. That weird image aside, this thing is right up there as one of the top Castle MOCs I have ever seen thanks to the loads of details. I love how you used the brown miner canopy -- it so works!
Impressively fantastic! VERY well done, Professor, very well done. Like I said in my comments on your WIP posts, I absolutely love the water, the walls, the sand, the trees, the rocks, the cave, the village buildings, and everything in-between. Congratulations!
Wow, epic! That tower and the transition between the water is sweet! This MOC was well worth the wait, congrats ~LL( PS: @ Ben Tice-the water is not SNOT, it's just studless because of his awesome use of tiles)
Excellent work, great detail all round. I realy like how you did the water effect where it washes on to the beach, looks very realistic from above. I know these big mocs take time, but its always worth it when they turn out like this. Good job
An absolute FEAST for the eyes, Professor! Terrific creation on every level. Like our esteemed Mr. Goldman suggested, I think seeing this in person would be the only way to really appreciate all of the work that went into it. (although your journal entries helped in that regard) I'll be visiting this page numerous times, I'm sure. Fantastic MOC!
Wow! That's some prime real estate. Looks like the prefect place for StabFest, the Mongol Hordes Annual Picnic. Bring the kids. Free fish and entrails for the whole family. There's a Urt speed build that sounds like a lot of fun. saddle up. garth
A virtual pat on the back for sticking with it and finishing the beast, congratulations. Great job on the mottled walls. In other hands (mine, for instance), they could have very easily turned out just messy looking.
A smashing piece! Lovely work. I love how you integrated the big rounded tower with the other square buildings. One thing though: how do the inhabitants get on that big tower or on the white building to defend them? There doesn't seem to be any stairs ;)
Finally you post the completed version! The five-month wait was definitely worth it. I'm still taking in all the detail, and I'm sure this will look better when you can do the Photoshopping. Congratulations for finishing this thing.
