I was thinking first that I wanted to do a building in the Federal style. You've seen those massive office buildings in older cities. Buildings from the early part of the century. I wanted to add an accent color and jazz it up a bit. Black and yellow seem to go together so well. Then the back story gene kicked in and the place became the Bumblebee Building. Home to the The Faternal Order of the Bumblebee.
I tried taking pictures outdoors and just liked this shot. Some of the others I tweeked with Picasa. Make 'em a bit more yellow.
After I saw that roof top garden all I could think of was this one time in Puerto Rico with this girl in the show on the roof top garden at the hotel and how she commented about how secluded it was and that she just happen to "not want any tan lines" that day... good times, good times... Great building Garth! You should think about doing another post with all the buildings together. That would be a sight to see! ~ Chris.
I don't know if it was intentional or not, but it has a vaguely Oriental feel. Maybe it's just me.

Wow its great to see something new from you. The colors are great and I really like how its simple in shape but so detailed when it comes down to the little stuf the edge of the roof for starters. An overall great build. 5/5-George
The last picture is truly beautiful, as you said ! One of the best Micropolis building, you never failed to impress with this awesome serie. For some reason, it reminds me of the building of Uncle Scrooge... I know you love Disney's ducks ;-) Great MOC !!!
Great work! I like taking my pictures outside as well. Awesome lighting in the shade.

I built a pop bottle rocket ounce called the bumblebee. This is really cool, it's nice to see a big generic office block for micropolis. All the door arches really add to the building. I really like the rooftop garden. Fantastic work! ~T
Niiiiice. It really reminds me of a Spanish embassy or something. The architecture looks pretty colonial to me. Great creation, I love the tower and courtyard at the roof. Excellent building! Your micro city is looking splendid.
