Also the Covenant Artillery Platform is Minfig scale and snowbound was designed to easily be made minfig by adding another layer of brick to the bottom level. Other things like the Covenant Weapons pod, bomb, plasma batteries and stuff like that are, and the sniper tower is also so close you wouldn't notice as I think it needs to be like 12% bigger.

Yes, practically all the forerunner units are extremely close to minifigure scale. Just the this one, the Strato-Sentinel and the other ships are not. Here's the list of minifigure scale: Constructors, Monitors, Sentinels, Enforcers, Super Sentinels, Protectors, Defenders, Onyx Fighters, Corsair and the Shuttle can be too although I really wanted it to be like twice that size. Call it a mini-shuttle. Mendicant Bias's scale is unknown as he is just a hologram on the Halo 3 map Epitaph.
