Crystal Cruiser
A Sarran shuttle. It can carry 6 passengers and 1 pilot.
About this creation
The Crystal Cruiser is a Sarran shuttle designed to ferry wealthy Sarran across vast distances in either space, or across the surface of a planet.

The cruiser was inspired by my limited collection of clear pieces.

The design kind of fell in on itself.

Being that my white collection is very limiting; it has mostly old pieces.

So I had to incorporate this needle onto the rear, though I started with the needle first.

Then it was just busy work to build the walls.

Just one new piece there (Wheel from the ARC 170).

It ended it up looking like a diamond, something that goes great with the name.

The bottom was the most annoying, and I couldn't find all that many inverted slopes.

The engines rotate to allow from blah blah blah. I have no idea really. It was just to incorporate the round plate right there. I'm just gonna say it's for getting close to the docking bay.

Another angle of the engine. The pipe to the left was added just a few minutes before the picture, if only so it doesn't tip.

   Ahh, perfect window placement.

Where did a Sar commando come from?!

Not sure what the blue thingy is, but there's the controls.

Seat 6, comes standard, air conditioning optional.

The glass thing on the middle table is some kind of board game thing. I'll have to make something up later, but just pretend it's chess now, okay?

This would be a lot more cramped with wings in the way.

   Optional . . .

   . . . Flat Screen Television!

I bet you were wondering how to get out of the ship, and here it is! It's a teleporter. I'm not sure if Scorp has teleporters in Nova Refuge, and if there aren't I'll change it.

Make sure the path is clear before use.

And for those extra long flights: beds!

It looks amazing, and hey Justin. Only I cant shake the fact that the interior is to small for 6, as the Sarran hate cramped spaces. Other that that, OMFG!

Cool!!! Mind if I use a micro-scale version in a comic I'm making?

Why have I not been informed of this creation via e-mail! :-P It's absolutely awesome! Somehow you captured the idea I had for Sarran spaceships and I haven't even shown so much as a drawing of one yet! Ha! Well, I don't have humans using teleporters in Nova Refuge (yet), but who's to say the Sarran haven't already perfected the technology and are just keeping it secret? Anyway, cool creation. Love the details, the windows, and the tail.

Definate props for making it all white and being the first published Sarran MOC, but there really isn't anything truly awe-inspiring about it. Don't take it the wrong way, but I think maybe adding some more slopes around the hull, or even some feathery-looking wings would give it a cool look. Overall, pretty good, but could use some slight tweaking. EDIT: I just noticed the rotating engines and the beds and the chess table. That's quite enough to up the points from 4 to 5. Great idea with the teleporter. After all, if it works in Ratchet and Clank, why not in the Nova Refuge?;)

Excellent, I think if Scorp saw this, he would be proud. BTW, nice job on the Transport Contest

Awsome. I love it. Fits the Sarran well. At first I was expecting an attack craft, but you've suprised me. The only thing I don't like is the fact that those back windows are dark trans-grey, but I know those trans-white canopies are hard to come by, so I won't knock any points off for it.
