F3 MagmaGuard Starfighter
Personal Starfighter of Generous Banana, infamous leader of the Female Freedom Forces
About this creation

Background info:

Female minifigs are a rare species among Space. They are oppressed, outnumbered, overshadowed and not even noticed by men. To change this and to help them move out of the shadows to a place in the sun, the Female Freedom Forces were established. Growing out of nowhere, more and more women could identify themselves with a subject called emancipation - yeah sure, sooner or later it had to reach Space ;)

Now on to the fighter!

Well, you know what they say: Women have curves! So for sure this fighter has curves too ^^

And I know you expected some pink, so I added some, even men like that trans dark pink, and Im not talking about that certain kind of men....

So, here we have the enginemagma enginehuu? You want to know about thrust and consumption? No way!

Here we have the armament, there are a total of six ball turrets, or should I say melon turrets? ^^

The cockpitin her favoured colour. HmmI wonder what would be a more female term for cockpit.wellI leave that to you guys :D

So join today and build your own female spacecraft! (or the other way round...)

The starfighter is cool, but there is no way that a female space warriors team's general can be named "Generous Banana"! What are you?! Professor Noobabrick's robot?!

I like the ship, but is "Generous Banana" a good name for the F3 general?

Nice! I love the idea of a 'females in space' sub-theme. We definitely need more women in space!

Quoting Chris Phipson I know a few guys who like pink... Shaddix, Price, Kelso... but they really go without saying don't they? Great build and I like the theme... wonder what that banana is for? ~ Chris.
hehe, thanks! And yeah...it's a plastic banana, so you definitely won't eat it :D

WOW ! I love this one ! The backstory is funny and really in my taste (yeah, put "Women" and "Space" in the same sentence and I'm happy lol) The fighter is unique, a very clever mix beetween a UFO and a TIE. Excellent !

Thanks guys for your comments!
Quoting Steef de Prouw I think the canopy is a really smart build. The ship reminds me of a cross between the Millennium Falcon and a TIE fighter. Strangely enough, I also made a 'feminine' ship recently. It had lots of pink in it ;)
yeah, that canopy took me some time to come up with, I tried out 5 different windscreen pieces until I was satisfied with the look of it :) And I hope we're going to see that pink ship of yours soon? ^^

Nice ship, good point about the lack of space females (i'll add one to my to-do list) but the name Generous Banana made me spit out a bite of my sandwich in laughter! Such a cool name. Well done.

I'm glad you posted the bonus shot with the top dish off, it was driving me nuts how you were getting the windscreen to open like that without just taking it off.

Its friggin' pac-man! Love the shape, and from the open cockpit shot I just know there is something really interesting going on with it's internal structure. Can't figure out what those four 1x2 axle hole bricks are doing next to the windscreen.
