Thanks Steef! :) No, you are wrong, the whole minifig fits in of course, even with the airtanks and helmets as you can see ;) you mean because of that 1x2 hinge brick? it folds above the minifig legs, the legs fit beneath ;) try it out yourself, and you will see :)

Those are some great compact ships! And what a nice way of posting instructions to them too. Am I right in thinking that only the top part of the minifig fits in there?

Yeah, I'm limited to 4 by my amount of those windscreen pieces...I've build another one today, the others are still intact, just had to borrow that windscreen :)

Nice collection of buzzfighters. I've tried making little craft with that windscreen piece in that same orientation, and can never do anything I like. You make it look easy.
