He's not fat, he's just.... heavily armored.
About this creation
His head:



Relaxed, with his hands in his pockets (I guess):



"What do you think you're doing? At attention soldier! Straighten up!":



Heavy as he is, he still has flight capabilities, with two jets on his back and two more on his thighs:

Excellent work! The first 'fat' mecha I've ever seen. Very original! Also great color scheme. Replying to your comment: Octuptarra's we're seen on Utapau along with Crab droids. What you saw on Mygeeto we're Tri droids, the large version of the Octuptarra. ~M
