About this creation
as seen in my description of captain ridge you saw the name commander neon and people wondered: "who the heck is commander neon?" well you are about to find out. elite commander neon, head of the 367th legion, is a commander that will stop at nothing to complete the mission. he was an excellent sharpshooter, fighter and very stealthy. commander neon always wore a cape and carried rifle. commander neon was in a clone base when order 66 was executed.

Good custom- but since his name is "neon" is strange that he hasn't neoncolors in his armor- anyway nice and please check out my creations...
