CPF - 108 Kestrel
The coalition's inner atmosphere support craft. the Kestrel has roles in both combat and transit. Though mostly serving as an Ariel combat platform providing fire support to advancing infantry and armored units.
About this creation

The Kestrel sports dual magnetic cannons as well as a pair of gunner operated miniguns. Equipt with a nose mounted laser scanner and rangefinder the kestrel can pinpoint units through often dense urban terrain.

Another unique feature of the Kestrel is its tail engine, which can rotate this allows for thrust to be supplemented to the pair of forward engines. This setup allows for greater speed and mobility than the average VTOL can achieve.

crewed with both a pilot and gunner the kestrel excels at tank hunting proving especially effective in the dense urban terrain as mentioned above.

a quik shot of the kestrels external hatch open and two coalition technicians. As seen here the rear engine is in landing mode in which it provides additional stability when landed.

Very neat. I like the rear engine design the best. Have you ever heard of an 'automatic-gauss gun? I've just made this awesome cannon, and I think it looks to good to be a plain old auto-cannon.

This is an extremely good VTOL, I like the how the rear engine rotates. P.S. Do our standard infantry use new clone trooper armor or the old style?

Quoting Awesome-o-saurus The Not-So-Great Impressive. Wish I could build things like this, but a small selection of grey often inhibits me. Also, are those colors on the tail designation squadron or something?
Ya you got it right, squadron colors.
