Lego microscale Based off the Nebulon-B Frigate of the Star Wars universe. (Episodes V-VI)
About this creation
My first presentation this summer!

While the rest of the fan community was attending brickworld in Illinois, I was building this. The Nebulon B frigate in one of my favorite designs from the Star Wars universe, it's just so beautifully ugly. You will find that it isn't totally accurate to the source; I imagined it refitted for pirate use.

That said, This was built entirely out of leftover pieces I hadn't used in previous MOCs of the past year and a half or so. What you see here isn't the best of my collection, and it would probably look better if I had more parts at my disposal.

This is actually a re-hash of a model of the same spaceship that I built two summers ago (no pictures). The incarnation you see on your monitor was actually started on a whim, but quickly became a fully-fledged project. It is one of the largest things I have built, measuring at 39 studs (just over a foot!). Which really isn't that large compared to a lot of other microscale *cough*kelso*COUGH* but whatever...

The engines get another pic because they turned out so nicely:

Now normally I would end with my usual catchphrase, "Now do your homework!" but seeing as it's summertime...

I should come up with a new one until September.

"BrickHornet I always thought it looked like a giant pistol. Anyone else with me on that" actually it was based on an outboard motor. the designer simply flipped it on its side. this is cool. what a fun ship and fun scale. check mine out, it's slightly bigger, haha http://www.flickr.com/photos/85122512@N00/

awesome. I love this ship, and this is astoundingly detailed for it's size. I tried doing a mini-scale of this myself before, but gave up out of frustration. very well done. The colors are great too

Quoting Darkest Disciple of the Sith'ari "Impressive...most impressive" --Quote: Darth Vader I think it is absolutely magnificent for a mini. Although you could have made the color coordination a bit better. Great work.
I know what you mean, like I said it was made from leftover parts. Speaking of which I really, really should sort.

This is actually a really nice micro build, despite what you may think. Oh, and don't worry about Kelso's builds, he's just overcompensating for shortcomings in other areas. Keep it Blocky! ~ Chris.
