This is the second car for my Burnout folder. The 88 Special is a legendary car in the game meaning it has a special function and this function is the best of the other 3 legendary cars. Apart from leaving a trail of fire every time you boost it can hover like the DeLorean from BTTF. That's why it's also the most expensive legendary car.
