acually, you can find it on the 327th decals section, but you migt want to make the colored part a bit shorter by cutting it (very precicly) as shor is it looks in mt pics of captain clipper, then you can color the colored part red, blue, green, purple, orange, or whatever. so, yah just follow those instructions and you've got it! one last thing, use s a handheld hole puncher to cut out that circle in the middle of it.
