Amazing detail and nice colors. Orange is under represented in the world of LEGO.

Beasty landing legs, they are fantastic, and I thought I had done a nice job on my A.M.I.S.T transport! The cockpit is neat! - and I love the flood lights, looks somehow very realistic. Love this build...

Great work! The style is very retro yet very fresh. Love the color scheme and the cockpit windows work really well.

This ship is so classic in its overall design, but still its stuff like this LEGO shoud do. Oldschool modeling with bricks, not all these elements. Love it, ur general colourwork between grey and a single bright colour is soo well balanced. Keep it up!!

Awesome ship! There are A LOT of little details all over the place. I like all the different angles and slopes. The cockpit is sweet too! Great uses of SNOT there.

Wow! This is really cool, it's how a cargo ship is supposed to look in my opinion. The cockpit is really good. It makes me wanna build a ship now! Great job!

Quoting Space Pirate cool thing ^^
Ty, ty. :) I like you call it a "thing." For awhile I had a VW emblem on the nose. They produced a car in the 70 called the VW Thing: http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=23446 :)

Quoting James Pegrum Great intensity usage of small bricks. Nice job
Thank you. I was trying my hand at 'greeble.' I dunno, I may have overdone it. It does not matter, I was happy with the end result.

Quoting Master Shifu Leo J At first glance it looks weird. But a careful observation of each picture shows a great amount of detail and definitely lots of time put into making it. Great MOC!
Thank you Master Shifu for taking the time to take a closer look at her and giving the odd looking craft a chance. I was afraid that the ship would not be well recieved. Time, yeah, I spent some on it, 3-4 weeks. :)

Quoting Sebeus I Nicely done, greta details, love the cockpit
Thanks! And grats on the MOC of the Day! That ship is amazing. I had to rebuild that a few times to get it right. Making the hatches stable enough to support the windows on top and remain split was a pain.

Build notes: I had a few design challenges that I set for myself. First to use elements that I thought I would never use, (technic elements, fairings and the ball turret things). Second to make it look like was a "kit," crated in several section shipped and assemble at some distant location. A bolted together kinda feel to it. Lastly, I wanted primitive looking, like humanity was just making the rest of the solar system its home. More pics - http://www.flickr.com/photos/29979742@N04/sets/72157620699209145/
