This is the all-new 2009 Lego Shell Sedan. The new car is made at the "Shell Automobile Company" car factory at Legorrey city in the Democratic Republic of Legoland. The new car is the long overdue replacement to the traditional lego sedan car on the Democratic Republic of Legoland.
About this creation
The car is classy, notice how the brand name of "Shell" is visible across the glass brick. The tailights are big and classy, and has yellow turning lights as well as the typical lego brake red lights. The design allowed the car to have an integrated back bumber, as well as a back license plate.
The white bottom piece is typically used on lego airplanes, but has been used in the
all-new 2009 Lego Shell Sedan to maximize interior space and height. The design of the car is rounded, something that is unheard in the Lego world. The tires are "standard" small lego tires.
Isn't it beautiful?? It reminds me of the Nissan Altima...this is a very modern design,
I can barely believe this is a lego sedan car!!!!
The front of the car is rather simple. The hood of the car its like the more modern lego vintage vehicles. Only that the front bumper is painted, bigger and a bit more rounded than traditional lego cars.
A novelty about this car is how easy the roof can lifted up to let the passenger sit down in the car. Not only that, but the car has a sizable trunk, to which the minifigure has access also by easily lifting the roof because the trunk door is integrated to the roof!!! the yellow slope also attached to the roof is the seat. The new design uses an innovative new seat rather than a traditional lego seat.
The design difference is just huge!!! The new design is somewhat more rounded and aerodynamic.
