Sometimes fancy just isn't the way to go. Sometimes you just have to keep it plain and simple, which is what I did here. A small, harmless-looking car with rather simple lines, and a large, powerful V8 engine. What more do you need?!
About this creation

Sweet chassis detailing, huh?

The exhaust is pretty similar to my Chevelle's exhaust, only without the mufflers. This would be one LOUD ride!

Let's get inside now...

The interior is pretty basic, but does it really matter when all you're searching for is speed?

And now let's drool over (but not directly on) that big American V8.

I wanted it to look like a large engine had been stuffed into a small car. The solution: just cram a bunch of random stuff in there until I ran out of space. And it worked... Sort of.

Well, there you have it. A simple American car with a big, loud V8. What more could you ask for? AN OPENING TRUNK, PERHAPS? Don't worry, Firas! I've already started making improvements, and I'm happy to say that an opening trunk is on the way.

Update: July 6th, 2009. The opening trunk is finished, and it turned out quite nicely, I think. So, the back doesn't look very different, right?

WRONG! I especially like how it blends right in with the back, since the only things giving it away are hinges I used to make it open.

Now, that is what I call a satisfying build. I hereby declare this car... FINISHED!!

And finally, here's a LEGO American flag, just in case the fabric one didn't match your style. And with that, I'd like to wish all of my fellow Americans a very happy July 4th! Now go out there and make some noise! If you still have any fingers left from last year's fireworks, that is.

I go to Victory Baptist Church in Milton, Florida. And yes, I've met Matt Allen a couple of times. (what a nice guy!) Believe it or not, his son, Nate Allen, teaches the high school class at our church. If you're close by, you should come and visit our church sometime!

Another excellent old-school car. As always with these, I love it (even if I'm not always a fan of American 'patriotism'). Good job : )

Quoting Raphael G Oh and by the way you should get a flickr account.
Still thinking about it! I've already got my hands full on this site, so I honestly don't think a Flickr account would be the best thing right now. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

Quoting Firas Abu-Jaber: come on pal, why you hate opening trunks, they're awesome :)
I don't hate opening trunks, I just haven't gotten into the habbit of making them more often. Didn't you read the message next to one of the last pics? I mentioned that this car is still a work in progress, and I'd be posting an opening trunk soon.
