Childern's Elephant Slide. This is a part of the park.
About this creation
The idea comes from set 4107. There is an elephant in the instruction booklet and I thought I could make a children's slide on this elephant! So here it is :)

I liked the slide when I was a kid. I usually played the finger-crossing game with my friends and only the winner could slide down. The LEGO Elephant Slide brings back many pleasant memories.

BTW, my colleague told me usually there are several slides inside the element school elelphant's nose. The elephant in the park only has one slide. So my elephant is living in the community :p

All views of the elephant.

Between you and me, I have to say this elephant is very cute. Sadly I never saw one as a child, since i spent much of my childhood in Mexico. All we had there were steep, 5 meter high, steel slides that we would ride at noon. They were also built over cement and didn't curve at the end. They just changed from steep to flat. I remember climbing those poorly built slides, getting to the top, and going down dangerously onto the hard ground. (This was before they figured out that saw-dust was a multi-purpose material). I loved it :) any how, good job! keep it up!
