The ramsis combat mech was designed when the xarkonian military found that in the theater of urban warfare the fox was to large and spindly of a target. The ramsis was designed to have a smaller frame than the fox but more armor and firepower than hardsuits. although it exelles in the theater of urban war it has proven itself in other venues as well, its powerfull jumpjet and precison thrusters making up for its relative lack of speed. It's weapon loadout ususally includes a magnetic acceleration cannon(m.a.c.), one fifty calibur anti infantry machingun, and an m.c.(medium class) hammer missile pod.
Well, 'Mechs are supposed to be HUGE, like 50 feet tall. You have a medium sized hardsuit there. M.A.C. cannons and Railguns are almost the same thing, but if you call it a railgun you won't be copying Halo (HINT HINT). I gave it a 3 due to size, a couple bad design bits, and your grammar/spelling.
