Megan Gwynn was a Welsh teenager who's powers manifested in a near-miss road accident involving her bicycle and another car. She could manifest rainbow-colored butterfly wings allowing her to fly with great maneuverability.
After enrolling at the Xavier Institute, Gwynn was assigned to the Paragons training squad under the tutelage of former New Mutant, Wolfsbane. When it was discovered that Sinclair had been in a romantic relationship with a student, Josh Foley (Elixir), she left the school, and was replaced by her former teammate, Magma.
Gwynn proved herself to be an amiable and cheerful student, and she fit in well with her squad. Following M-Day, almost all of the Institue's students were depowered, leading to the dissolution of the school's training squads. Gwynn was one of only twenty-seven students, along with her fellow former Paragons, Trance, Wolf Cub, and Match, to have retained their mutant abilities. Forty-two of Gwynn's former classmates were killed when a bus carrying several depowered students was ambushed. Among the confirmed deaths was Gwynn's fellow Paragon DJ.
Pixie DustWings: Formerly-rainbow-colored butterfly wings allow her to fly with great maneuverability. Since losing a piece of her soul, her wings have taken on a decayed, blackened appearance
Pixie Dust: ability to produce a glitter-like substance that when coming into contact with living creatures causes hallucinations.
Learned a teleportation spell from Magik. She is able to learn more spells, but this hasn't been looked upon as of recent.

I have added customised and hand made decals for her torso (front and back).
Pixie got me thinking for quite long time, at the end I got a little creative with her wings and hair colour.... Besides the fact that I had to put additional efforts to render her in a very special way.
I feel very satisfied with her final version/rendition.
But you are the one that being more objective could judge better.
So... what do you think? don't be shy and let me know...
Please feel free to add comments and rate her!!
Thank you for taking the time to look around
By the way, I don't mind if anyone around uses my ideas, actually good to see that others are inspired by ones job, thanks! ;-) but please give the proper credit... THANK YOU Again!
Don't mind ignorant people with a poor perception for art... this "TIM WANG" comments should not even be here, of course he has the right to like or dislike, but take into account that there is a lot people here that loves your minifigs. Keep it up!
It is a matter of perception, I'll say yes it is a custom LEGO minifig and for those of us that are taking our creative ideas to the next level, or rather "thinking outside the box" not limiting what we see or feel, instead doing something additional; for others may just not be. What do you think?
Hope to be the first one commenting here, this one is very lovely, actually, LEGO should consider your "fairy wings" for upcoming releases... it is just superb! Again I am in love with your minifigure MOC's!
