About this creation
I got the inspiration for this virtual LEGO scene form Hank Williams Jr.'s song "A Country Boy Can Survive" .

In this scene, a father and son from the back woods are out on an early-morning hunting trip with their faithful dog. The son carries a rifle and hunting knife, while the father sticks with his reliable double-barreled shotgun. They're hoping to get a good-sized critter to put in the back of the pickup truck, take it home, clean it, cook it, and eat it.

In case you're wondering where I got the shotgun piece, I made it myself by modifying a copy of the dat file for the rifle from the ldraw parts library using MLCAD, then importing it into LeoCAD via the Pieces Library Manager.

* My original version of this MOC may be found here.

Previous version:

* As usual, the program I used to build this is LeoCAD.

I then converted it to an .ldr file and rendered it with LDView.

For info on contacting me about permission to use the design or obtaining a copy of the 3D file I made, see my homepage.

Being a "country folk" myself, I know that we can survive... better then those dang "tenderfoots"! Great build, that shotgun owns!
