The Pak 40 was an extremely efective anti-tank gun. It fired a 3 inch shell that could punch trough almost any armor until the Russian T-34 appeared on the Eastern front. Please enjoy and Comment

About this creation

The coolest thing is that all this detail is in Mini Fig scale!

Here is the tray where the shell is loaded into the breach. (I owe a big thank you to Gibson 101 for the insparation for this detail, sorry the pictures kinda fuzzy)

This shows the Pak 40 but with camo on the front to help avoid detection.

Here you look down the barrel as it aims at an M-3 halftrack. Poor guys never had a chance

Im constantly updating this for historical accuracy, here is a new sheild design, it extends farther and slants up and to the right.

I am rating it 4/5 and I think you are only a smidge away from 5/5: slightly longer gun, and put hinges on the 2 side armor panels so you can angle them out. BTW: the pak40 had no problems knocking out T34s, but there were not many around. The T34 surprised the Germans by overrunning 37mm guns and such.

This is a truly good Anti-Tank gun! This would get much more (and deserved) attention though if the pictures were more clear. Anyway, great job, the subtle details really make this MOC!
