Inspired by Frank Miller's tank-like Batmoblie from his seminal 1986 work "The Dark Knight Returns".
About this creation
An older Bruce Wayne prepares to take 'the car' out for a spin.
A quick check that all parts are up to grade.
Adjustment of the treads.
Cowl now on, climbing down.
Entering the vehicle through the rear entry ramp.
Gentlemen, start your engines!
The source material.
So, I hope you enjoyed this 'Batmobile'. I guess it's a little bigger than I would have liked; I am now building a new sub-layer to the batcave so I have a place to store it. In the comic, when Superman picks it up, it is VERY large. I also wanted to do an interior, but the construction style made that impossible if I wanted to maintain structural integrity. Another goal was to make a Batmobile that Watson had not yet tried, I guess I met that!
I've been documenting many of my recent creations, so be on the lookout for new parts of the Bat-Universe.
please send me instructions an accessories used
to make this tank I'm working towards an rc model
I need all the help I can get or info and details of the design firstname.lastname@example.org I would be greatly appreciative thanks:)
hi, love your frank miller batmobile & the rest of your batman inspired creatons. played with legos as a kid but you make me wish i still had a few. anyways would you be willing to make this lego batmobile for me? or at leats tell me how to do it & which pieces used, etc.?
i have this comic at home and it rocks!
the story is out of this world!
my best has to be the killing joke though!
in my opinion you could do better to design
your own bat tank, than to reproduce this one!
but i understand your reasons!
