The theme of the Giygas Destroyer: "Pokey means Business" (Theme of Giygas) From Earthbound.
Well, this guy was an attempt to make a mecha-mounted WMD (Weapon of Mass Destruction) Hence the name. 03 stands for this is my third weapon of mass destruction. The Ole King Chaos was first, then the Lord of Destruction, and now this. The mecha stands 12" tall fully erect, and is 4.5" across. The gun is a whopping 7" across and 3" tall. The mecha stands 15" tall with the gun. The point of this build was 1. Build a BFG. 2. Use the Sonic Phantom's (Exo-Force) turbines as a gun barrel.
Inspiration for this guy should be obvious.
Giygas (The most nightmarish-looking boss of all time.)
Cameron G's Iron Wolf
Never before has such a destructive force existed. The Giygas Destroyer (the gun) is capable of leveling multiple cities in a single blast. The Destroyer's ammunition is a highly focused, yet massive beam of nuclear radiation that causes irrevocable cellular damage to those who survive. The Giygas contains only enough stored rads for one shot. One can tell when it is about to fire as the barrel emits a blood-red glow. The blast's radiation levels are nearly 5 times that of Chernobyl. Brought out only when there is no other way, the Giygas was considered too powerful to be used as standard artillery. The mecha, Uncaged Titan, was built specifically to transport and protect the Giygas Destroyer. In order to fire, the Titan switches to all fours for support. The Giygas charges for 20 seconds, then fires. The Titan then must return to base for reloading. Even so, all it takes is one shot to reduce an area 50 miles in diameter to a radioactive wasteland for centuries. Some areas are believed to be permanently radioactive.
