The SF-77 Flash Fighter is one of the Tylorian's principal fighters, and as such is armed with dual laser cannons, 2 Gatling guns, and incredible speed.
About this creation
The SF-77 was designed to serve in squads of 5, and a tactic commonly used is to scramble the opponent's sensors by flying all around them.
From the side, you can see how I tried to incorporate some snot into the build.
From behind, you can witness the power of 7 fully powered ion engines for those incredible bursts of speed that led to the SF-77's fame.
From the front, you'll notice the dual laser cannons and Gatling guns are positioned right on the wings, since after all the SF-77 fights in space, so there's no need for hiding the guns to increase air flow.
From above, you should notice the T in the red. This was personally added on by T.J, so that he could always know whether the ship was Tylorian or not.
From below, you'll notice there is a lack of landing gear (but really, where could I have put it?).
Inside, you'll notice it is your standard generic cockpit, complete with gauges and stuff.
Finally, here's the SF-77 when it's fully folded up and ready to be stored in a hanger until the next mission...

It looks sort of like an early 1950s jet plane, an interesting vibe for a spacecraft. The color scheme and detailing are really neat -- great job! |
