The SD t holloway mentioned in the Erik Varsegi destroyer,and it was sold in a charity auction. It measured 8 ft long, so Martin's is considerably smaller.

As I hadn't commented on this incredible MOC, I figured I should jump in and also agree with Sean's comment. This is obviously not the same model as t_holloway found. It is quite a bit smaller to start with. 5 out of 5! Didn't they sell that other one for 30000 Dollars at auction, or was that another one. I remember seeing something in the BrickJournal.

Very well done! I believe the frontal "wedge" is ends a bit too abrubtly, as in the wedge is to short, o narrow whatever you want too call it. But Either way, I dont have the pieces to build something like this , so 5/5 excellent job!!

Easily one of the best On the pages, Your giving Thomas Benedikt a run for his money! Love the shape and details but the transition between old light grey and new light grey is obvious, but great otherwise!

There are a ton of these out there, but this is the best Venator by far! Simply amazing.

This thing is astounding! All the details are amazing which makes me surprised this only has 25 favs. (but then again, you're not one of those who spams everyone he knows with a "check out my mocs" message, or at least I hope you're not =).

This also seems to be the right occasion to complain about the official LEGO venator which just doesnt even resemble the real thing. Great job! Please keep building ;)
