Prophecy: Part 3
Part 3 of my comic, Prophecy!
About this creation
Previously: Matt has just made an interesting new friend at the recruiting booth. Now the duo head to the town market to purchace an apple for a hungry horse...

Matt: "Well, here we are! The town Market!"

Peter: "Oh, Wow! This place is huge! We'll surely be able to find an apple for sale here!"

Peter: "Look at all the different vendors and booths!"

Matt: "Yep, this is the biggest Market in all the Crown Kingdom!"

While the two are looking for a merchant that sells apples, they suddenly hear a loud cry!

"Guards! Help! Someone is stealing from that booth!"

Matt and Peter turn around to see a man dressed in black robes running from the scene with a jewel in his hand!

Peter: "What should we do!?!"

Matt: "Let's go after him! After all, we are recruits now!"

The two give chase to the thief, following him into a back alley.

Matt: "We've got you now, thief!"

Robber: "Ya mean I was be'in chased by a couple'a kids!?!"

Peter: "Kids!?! I'll have you know, we're new recruits for the guard!"

Robber: "I'm gonna slit ya throats right here and now, urchin!"

As the robber approaches, Matt thinks fast and picks up a loose paving stone.

Peter: "Nice shot!"

Matt: "Thanks, hehe... What should we do with him?"

Guard: "We'll take it from here, boys. It looks like you all have already done most of the work for us though!"

Peter: "Yep, Matt here knocked him out with one blow!"

Guard: "Great! Ya know... we could use a couple of good citizens like you on the guard!"

Matt: "Don't worry, we already signed up earlier this morning!"

Guard: "Well thats great! Oh, by the way, here's a little something for your trouble."

Matt: "Thanks!"

Peter: "Hey Matt, we can use that money for the apple in the market!"

Matt: "Oh yeah! Let's go!"

Guard: "Thanks again, boys!"

Matt: "Anytime!"

So the two young heroes head off to the market again.

Matt: "One apple please, ma'am."

Merchant woman: "They're right in the barrel over there. That'll be 1 gold coin. Oh! Do you boys know if they caught that robber?"

With a smile on his face, Matt replies, "I'm pretty sure they caught him."

So now, Matt and Peter are on their way back to the stable to feed the hungry horse...

I guess this wasn't very clear but, when Matt throws the stone, its supposed to hit the robber in the head. The stone just kinda fell onto his lap when he fell down.
