In the last year of secundary school I had to make a year work,
And ofcourse I did something with lego,
well actually I did my work about 'the car' but for the practical part I used lego technic to actually make a small scale car.
And it did the job,
I got 80% for the presentation, which was the best score in my class so it's pretty good.
Anyway,
the car doesn't look like much, I only discussed the technical part, I couldn't build further otherwise you won't see the mechanics in the car, which was important for the presentation.
If you don't believe it's a 4x4, I don't blame you, it wasn't easy to make the front wheels part
But to proove it IS 4x4 I've lifted the car from the ground so you can see all 4 wheels rotating.
(check out the video below)
Ofcourse it had to be a challenge, I couldn't just make it easy, there was a jury and all so it had to be an impressive work.
I equiped the car with a good suspension.
(and believe me, it would have been a lot easier if it didn't have a suspension)
My first design had a gear box in it but that wasn't a good idea, to much resistance (prototype)
The suspension on the front wheels was very difficult to make, after all the wheels needed to be able to steer

Great technic car! It must have taken you ages to design the suspension, steering and all moving wheels. I used to make technic with motors, but I made no pictures.

Good work- would look cool as complete car (it wouldn't move anymore i afraid) still good- could you checkout my mocs- i know you don't like that i ask it though- sorry XD
Hey Seb, I found some extra time to build, and got my comparison finished. How's with you, any progress? I made mine out of grey, because I don't have good parts for that in white.
Awesome, keep working on those mechanicals, I love TECHNIC. Hey put about 6 spaces (enter button) between the photos and they will line up vertically. KEEP BUILDING!
Bravo, now that's a piece of work my friend! 4x4 was a brlliant idea and the suspension was a great add on. In my school that would be worth an A+.
Keep up the great builds! ~ CTF
Yea.. I tried to put 4x4 in my current project too. Well.. as I'm buildint it digitaly, I'm not sure about one thing. If it works, then the 4x4 system is more smaller and simpler than this one. But all in all, this one looks more than promissing!! ;)

Very well done. Istnt it great when you build something that actualy works when finished? I'm working on a 4x4 also which shouldnt take to long to finish. keep up the good work
That's very clever! 4 wheel drive and working suspension, so cool. So, what you're going to build on this one? Jeep may be!? keep on the good work my friend >>> peace.. Firas
