An apartment building with window blinds and a deli, and a small office building with a roof full of machinery.
About this creation
These were the first two buildings I built for Greenwich Village.
The red one is an apartment building that has window air conditioners, window shades, vertical blinds and a deli downstairs with a cool striped awning.
The grey building has two retail floors downstairs, and offices on the other floors. The roof is loaded with stuff: A central air conditioning unit, cell towers, a water tower, etc. It also had a large billboard on the side at one point, and has a cool loading dock on the side.

This close up shows you the window blinds, air conditioners, etc. This was the first building I built for Greenwich Village, and it was the first one that had things like window shades, windowsills, lintels, or a cornice. I was such a fan of the way this came out, that I decided to build this whole city!

The red building also has a sloped roof, a drainpipe, and, down on the bottom, an A/C unit for the deli's freezer.

Here is a close up of all the stuff on the roof of the grey building.

Here is a close up of the deli. There's a little chalkboard out on the sidewalk, and since the building is old and doesn't have central A/C, you can see a small window-air-conditioner mounded above the doorway, under the blue and white awning.
