Truck with trailer which can turn into a gas station.
About this creation
The Mobile Service Station is the flagship of my Model Team range. I got the idea to it when I saw a BP commercial where a Trailer turned into a gas station.
The model is more than one meter long. The special trailer coupling allows a great deal of twisting, but the gap between trailer and truck is still at a total minimum.
It is by far the oldest truck I have, the development started when I got my first Model Team truck, the "Highway Rig". When I saw the movie "Thunder Run", my cousin and me got the idea to make similar trucks in Model Team with lots of booby traps. Over the years it has been modified a lot of times, once it had four steering wheels and a battery box like the Multible Launch Rocket Truck, but also with real lights, reversing beeper and burglar alarm.
Here are some pictures showing how it opens:

Wow! I would have never thought to have a put a gas station in a truck! It is really cool. And also, its an impressive size, and has lots of detail! It reminds me of the truck off Nightrider except that all the servicing happens on the side. Cool, great that you made MOTD! |

Wow! This is probably your best creation next to the SSD. When I first saw the picture, I did'nt even think it was lego. You really pack alot of detail into your models. Keep up the good work! |
