U.T.M. Chill Bully
A flash-mech built in half an hour to quickly contribute to the U.T.M. (I already had the basic frame ready, though).
About this creation
The Chill Bully is a sturdy mech designed to attack installations and deal with automated defenses and other potentially valuable loot.

To do so, it's equipped with a massive Freeze Ray Cannon (Hell yeah!)

The so called "Freeze Ray" is actually an EM Frequency Demoltiplicator (don't you just love tech babble?) capable of slowing down molecular movement of its targets, actually freezing them.

The Bully equips two ground-to-air missiles in case it needs to fend off a flying attacker, but without adequate cover they're only good to gain some time, or to get a good shot with the Cannon.

And it also packs some good Kung-Fu, if it comes to that.

Epic fighting stance. The Bully is built on a modified ExoForce frame, the only difference being that the cockpit is actually inside the body instead of in front of it.

NOTE: I wanted to name this "Chill Bill", but it sounded like a silly joke.
NOTE#2: I don't think the word "demoltiplicator" actually exists. I tink it gives the right feeling about the weapon, though. God bless Star Trek writers and the Whatever Particles :)

I hope you enjoied the tour, despite the fact it took more time to upload it than to build it, I really had fun: I used to love ExoForce :)

This is a really good mech design. It definitely fits with Exo Force Builders Unanimous.

Dude this is sick. The Minifig having the blue hair tied it all together very nicely

I agree with Crimso. Great color choice--black is so hard to photograph! Also the rifle is uber-awesome! It reminds me of the Angel Arms from Trigun.

wow great design on the cannon. I use the same general design(only a little smaller) for my laser rifles, which next time I get to a coffee shop, will be uploaded.(along with a few other mechs, and Bionicles.)

Quoting Mark Kelso Okay, the MOC itself is awesome, but you get major points for coming up with "demoltiplicator!"
Phipson told me everything about you! Flattery will get you nowhere! (btw I don't even think that's a real word, I just made it up from some english and latin to sound cool)

Micky Duka: What's the torch for? Frank Castle: 2000 degrees, Mick. Enough to turn steel into butter. [sighs] Frank Castle: It won't hurt at first. It's too hot, you see? The flame sears the nerve endings shut, killing them. You'll go into shock... and all you'll feel is... cold. Isn't science fun, Mickey?-The Punisher, 2004

Quoting Chris Phipson Battleground (or "Hell") plus freeze ray = a great cliche'. Love the Mech Yuri! Don't get me wrong, I love your Bionicle stuff, but your system builds are just getting better and better with every post! ~ Chris.

Don't you love it when it takes more effort to upload a moc than to actually build it? Thats why half the time it takes me about a month after I build stuff to actually upload it =D (great mech btw)
